Christopher Howell is listed as dead. Hole was sentenced in January 2019 to four years in prison after committing a robbery with a gun or a deadly weapon. The incident took place in September 2018.

The Miami Herald reports that he was jailed in West Palm Beach for stealing four phone chargers from a target. The Herald reports that Hole was due to be released in June 2022.

The Herald article states that Hole stole a folding knife from the West Palm Beach Home Depot, valued at $ 8. From there, Hole went to Target where he stole four phone chargers. When a security guard confronted the hole, the suspect returned the chargers. The security officer asked for the other two, about which Hole said, "I have a knife, man." Hole pointed the knife at the officer.

Hole was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the incident. The Herald reported that Hole was listed as "disabled" and had a "juvenile attitude" to his criminal affidavit. One inmate told the Herald that Hole was a "good kid," and a "fat friend" who had the brain of a 10-year-old boy. The article also states that Hole is not a person who can defend himself.

The Florida Department of Corrections website says 30 inmates have died in prison since 2014. Two of them, Danny Harrigan and Joseph Rark, were born in 2020. The cause of Patrick's death remains. According to the Palm Beach Post, Harrigan died of natural causes.
